04 — Structure Shift

After liquidity is reached, structure tells whether the market accepted the move or trapped late participants. Wait for CHoCH, MSS, BOS, reclaim, or rejection.

Why this happens

The market is solving for liquidity, not your opinion.

A liquidity sweep alone is not enough. Price can sweep and continue. Price can sweep and reverse. Structure is the confirmation layer that separates a real shift from random volatility.

  • CHoCH shows character change
  • MSS shows displacement and intent
  • BOS confirms continuation pressure
  • Reclaim/rejection shows value acceptance or failure
The real signal appears after the sweep, not during the emotion.
Why LiquidityLab uses it

This step turns noise into a decision filter.

LiquidityLab uses structure shifts to avoid early entries. The framework waits for the market to reveal who controls value before pressing the button.

Retail mistakeRetail mistake: entering immediately after the sweep without waiting for confirmation or invalidation.
LiquidityLab ruleLiquidityLab rule: liquidity creates interest; structure creates permission.
